What is yoga?
Yoga is a series of movements that marry postures with breath and breath with awareness. Recognizing one's own abilities and celebrating our individuality. Acceptance of ourselves while promoting peace of mind and calmness of spirit.
Each class is divided into 4 areas which will focus on breath work, asanas (postures), relaxation and meditation. Focus is on one's own ability and age and body size are not looked upon as disabilities. All of our yoga styles share a commonality. Improved health, spirit and wellness.
